I'm beginning to recover from Lucca Comics, though unfortunately (?) I've still huge blocks of stuff "to read". Well, that's not so bad ^^^

If you go to comics conventions you get, among other things, the chance to obtain a few sketches from tired yet generous artists... and sketches should always be shown, so here they are, with many thanks once more to their authors ^^^

Lucca comics 2002
artemius
Artemius from Rigel. At last, I got one! Poor Ombra was tired to death, but she never says "no" ^^^ And she's so good... all she needed was a normal ball-point pen and a marker (which ran out of ink quickly ^^^;;) to turn on the magic we call "drawing".
Lucca comics 2002
Fabio, from Magenta by Federica Manfredi. Good comic, pity I seem to be the only reader in the world! Well, what are you doing here? Go and order it from you comic shop, I want to read more! (that was, of course, meant to Italian readers :)
Lucca comics 2002
A fantasy lady, Tazio Bettin's pencilwork.
Torino comics 2002
Shiva, present from Marco Albiero. Every time I see it I go *^*... and if you think this was made in 5 minutes, with the first pencil that came in hand (and with a point... well, _not_ sharp)... ^^^;;;
Torino comics 2002
Don Rosa (Who is he?! Shame on you! O^o ) made this magnificent Magica De Spell (or, as we say, Amelia :). I love when "big names" don't mind showing up like they were regular people (every now and then we have the pleasure to welcome him on it.arti.fumetti) ^^^
Torino comics 2002
Francesco Frosi (hope I have read correctly his signature ^^^;;;;; ), among the authors of Anno Domini, medieval-demential comic whose main characters are these two ^^^
Lucca comics 2001
Ehm... can't read signature ^^^;;;; Anyway here's one of the authors from Arcana Mater, another Italian fantasy comics; if I remember correctly, she should make the drawings for sixth issue.
Cartoomics (Milano) 2001
Elena "Ombra" De' Grimani, author of Rigel and Luna: this wonderful kitty is from Luna. But I haven't forgotten I want an Artemius sooner or later [ H^H ]... :D
Lucca comics 2000
Umberto Sacchelli, who did the concept, script and drawings for dedalus, an Italian fantasy comic. Pity it stopped at issue #2... ^^^;; (I was told he's currently working on ""URAO", a fantasy trilogy for Onion STUDIOS s.r.l.")
